Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a quantitative market Researcher Manager who wants to make a real difference and be at the forefront to 21 st century Market research. If you love technology, delivering insights in a focused, fast and efficient way, aided by technology, this may be your ideal opportunity.

The purpose of the role:

Work directly with Senior management developing proposals, questionnaires, DP specs, survey instruments, charting / analysis, reporting. Mange projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. This role is truly a pure research analysis and delivery role with project management and client servicing role.

The knowledge and skills needed for success:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, SPSS, and other software
  • Excellent spec writing and charting, analysis, and reporting skills

  • Strong methodology discipline for (CUSAT, Mystery shopping, Tracking, Ad testing, etc)

  • Proposal writing, project management and client servicing skills

  • Technically savvy and a love for mobile and all elements of the internet

  • Proven analytical and interpretation skills – a desire to tell a compelling storey with data

  • English language / preferred Vietnam national

  • Minimum 5 years in Quantitative research

  • Preference given to individuals with at least 2 years as a RM in Vietnam

Package / remuneration:

Based on individuals strengths (starts at 20,000,000 VND / Month and more for higher experience)

Start date: July 2019

Contract term: 3 months probation - 3 years contract

Working hours: 44 hours a week

Benefits: 20 days holidays, Medical / 13 th month salary / up to 2 Months bonus
