Since 2013 smartphone penetration nationwide has grown exponentially, with a massive growth from 31% to 50% at the end of 2015. IDC Vietnam forecasts 2016 growth to reach 34%, thus becoming ubiquitous in Vietnam and exceeding both the computer and TV in terms of media consumption, making smartphones the unrivaled point of contact to consumers in Vietnam.
We felt that the current state of the development of the research industry doesn’t reflect that. Therefore, we decided to create solutions which are catching up with this ever changing reality.
